Greenville animal shelter in search of foster mother and father after kennel cough outbreak


GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Animal shelters throughout the upstate are working out of house to look after animals. Simply two weeks in the past South Carolina declared a state of emergency for all shelters.
