Milwaukee Well being Division Hosts Fall Conferences to Collect Enter from Group

The conferences are open to anybody who lives, works, or performs in Milwaukee. Every assembly will embody a short informational presentation, a photograph show from the latest Photovoice contest, and small group discussions to prioritize high well being points. MKE Elevate was launched in 2016 as a complete, community-driven course of to develop a roadmap to determine, tackle, and resolve the well being disparities in Milwaukee. The preliminary CHIP was revealed in October 2017 and applied between 2017 and 2021. The upcoming fall conferences are a part of the redevelopment of the CHIP for the following 5 years.
