PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A number of vehicles had been broken after police say a young person stole a roofing truck and led officers on a wild chase in West Philadelphia Friday morning. The teenager left behind a path of destruction alongside 56th and Chestnut Streets earlier than being arrested.
